Brand architecture for environments where everything is being invented at once
Conventional branding frameworks assume you already know who your audience is, what your product does, and how your market is structured. In Web3 infrastructure, none of that is given. Protocols launch before products are finished. Communities form before there's anything to use. Language gets invented in real time.
My work starts where most brand frameworks stop: before positioning is obvious, before audience language stabilizes, and before a project has found its clearest external expression. I build systems that help protocols and products move from internal conviction to external clarity without losing strategic depth.
Brand Architecture

A structured system for building coherent brand foundations, positioning logic, and scalable communication for complex technology ecosystems. It was shaped through repeated application across launch-stage protocols, ecosystem brands, and product layers that needed one shared language across internal, public, and community-facing surfaces.
Built for moments when product maturity, audience definition, and market vocabulary are all still forming. The framework gives those teams a way to position, articulate, and extend what they are building before the market has caught up around them.
The process starts with identity, clarifying the internal logic of a project before external messaging takes shape. It then moves into positioning, narrative, and communication so the brand can move from internal clarity to market-facing coherence without losing nuance.
Each layer resolves a different stage of uncertainty, ensuring that visual systems, language, and ecosystem messaging all emerge from one strategic foundation rather than evolving independently.

Owned the full brand build for a Web3 media platform from zero to launch, covering identity, product-facing aesthetics, and the communication system around a video-first publishing product.

Led brand direction and brand architecture for a Cardano protocol, using my framework to translate a highly technical concept into a more coherent identity and communication system.
